What does a typical yacht charter entail?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Included items can differ depending on the service – sunset trips come with upscale refreshments and starters, while business charters come with amenities for conferences and options for business-related catering.
When should I make a reservation?
It's best to schedule your booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during high season (May–September). For corporate gatherings and private events, reserving a spot 4–6 weeks beforehand provides better chances of availability and ample time for any specific customizations.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Our foremost concern is your safety. Should our captain determine that weather conditions are unsafe, we will suggest an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We actively monitor the weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your departure should the weather outlook seem doubtful.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you're allowed to bring your own food and drinks. We do, however, provide exceptional catering services with customized menu choices according to your tastes. Please be informed that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do you provide yacht access for passengers with physical limitations?
We aim to cater to all passengers. Some of our vessels are more accessible than others. To discuss your specific needs and for us to recommend the most appropriate yacht as well as any special arrangements needed, please reach out to us during the reservation process.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations processed more than 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of departure unless they are due to weather or mechanical reasons on our part.
