3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

In order to secure a charter, you are required to:

  • Have reached the age of 18 or older
  • Supply truthful and complete details
  • Remit the necessary deposit as indicated in your booking confirmation
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking will be achieved once payment has been made and you receive our written confirmation. We maintain the prerogative to decline service at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter services are dependent on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. Efforts will be made in good faith to accommodate your requested dates and times.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and include any relevant taxes, unless stated otherwise. The prices may be adjusted at any point without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: A payment amounting to 50% of the total cost of the charter is required at the time of reservation.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter.
  • Additional Fees (where applicable): These are to be settled after the charter service has been provided.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are securely processed with encryption.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours before departure: A complete refund except handling charges
  • If canceled between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half of the amount paid will be refunded
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of departure time: No reimbursement will be made

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the weather conditions be considered hazardous by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Move your booking to another available date at no extra cost
  • Return the full amount paid if it's not possible to find another suitable date

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case there's a technical issue with the boat assigned to you, we will strive to arrange an equivalent vessel. If no replacement is viable, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Every passenger is required to:

  • Adhere to all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize the safety gear provided when necessary
  • Inform the crew of any health issues that could impact their safety
  • Stay within assigned areas on the ship

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items not allowed on the vessel include:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illicit substances
  • Any form of guns or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of alcoholic beverages (more than what is considered moderate consumption)
  • Animals (unless permission has been granted beforehand)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. The right is reserved to end a charter prematurely without refund if a passenger's conduct is unsafe or disturbs other guests.

  • Theft or harm to personal belongings
